Staff is friendly, store is clean, but orders are theconstantly and consistently incorrect.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked for something specific. At the window I asked if I was taken care of and was lied straight to my face. Got home and noticed it was NOT in the bag like they said. Slow down and pay attention to details.
Came up to the drive thru, the lady ask my order and I gave it to her. She repeated it back to make sure everything was in order. pulled up to the window and was ask if I would like anything else, the up sell was there but I was done ordering. she counted back my change and with a smile told me my order and to have a nice evening. I came back the next morning and was spoke to in the same manner. Well done K.F.C./ Taco Bell.
