Best hardware store in town, from plumbing to electrical, these guys know thier stuff. Don't be fooled by any of the competition... Locally owned, no corporate to say sorry we can't help you.... Make sure you come down to the hardware store on the corner....

Always pleasant when i go in there for something. The staff is really quick to help amd make sure i find what im looking for. I have had nothing but good experiences with them and will continue to do business with them.
Service is good and getting better. If the parking lot wasn't so crummy and the store opened to the parking lot, it would be a five star place.

Whenever I go to Ausable Hardware and Surplus, I vow to never return, because the parking is terrible and the entrance to the store is ugly. But, when I need hardware or lumber in this area, this store has the best selection and price in town. So, I put blinkers on to cover the look of the place, and pray I won't blow a tire in the parking lot and keep going back and swearing I will never return.
