Not SAFE. Your kids are basically standing on US23. Cars and trucks travel fast through the light. You are better off going one street to the South and getting ice cream from the Parkside Ice Cream stand. Better real ice cream.
Cheated me on my cone , poor value for what you get. I noticed the ppl in front of us that knew the server received extra portions, maybe this place doesn't like tourists, I'll hit a different ice cream place in town next time , cones were also stale , I would avoid this place

Just an ordinary DQ good ice cream, good service. Very small shop one picnic table.
