I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE ONE STAR BUT I HAD TO IN ORDER TO MAKE A REVIEW POST! Horrible! Three times in the past year I have had to return to sign papers that they "lost"! Seriously lacking in the member service efficiency department. Members are NOT their top concern. Too many hands in the cookie jar and NO ACCOUNTABILITY! Ridiculous!
