Amazing service! Felicia was absolutely fabulous! No matter how many times I went back, she was patient and very helpful and always pleasant. I couldn't have asked for better service. She fixed everything for me. Will I go back? Definitely! Even my service dog, Angel, loved her! Feel very secure in knowing she is there in case anything goes wrong, because I know I'll leave more than satisfied with the service I received.

Felicia was the store employee that helped me at my local store. She was nothing short of amazing. She helped me replace my phone and I walked out with a tablet for cheaper then I ever expected. Customer service was outstanding I highly recommend her helping anyone.
The Customer Service in this store is AWESOME!!! Every employee was very friendly and they all worked very well as a team!! When new customers walked through the door they as well were treated with the same service!! I went in for a new upgrade and on top of that Nik went over my plan to make sure it was the best plan for me. Nik went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for my phone and plan. I am happy that this store has such a knowledgeable team and has really stepped up to provide our little community with a great Cellular Company! Hands down one of the best Verizon locations I have ever been in.
Came in the store to just inquire about black friday sales.. walked out with a Note 8 for myself and a tablet for my son. The staff was awesome, answered all my questions and were a great help. Thanks Verizon for getting me back on my feet.
