Nobody answered the phone and I called 20 minutes before they were supposed to close. It took me 5 minutes to drive up there and sure enough they closed well before 6pm. I mean you're talking alot of money to buy a car, and they can't stay open so I can call about a price. Another bad thing, to make people not want to buy a car, no prices on the stickers. Usually I like to keep my money in my home town, but not if they can't stay at work. You can't post without leaving 1 star or they would get a big 0.
Amazing people work here and they are great at their jobs and have great customer servicr. GREAT place would recommend anyone to them for their vehicle needs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a terrible way to treat a customer and is not indicative of the great service I received in the past from some of the Zubek technicians such as Zack, Matt and Pat.
During the last oil-change the technician did not inform me of two issues (worn brake pads and non-functioning park brake). This unfortunately led to me having to correct the issues under a serious time-crunch.
Sad that the middle-management has no clue at this company and apparently are obnoxiously rude to boot in the case of the Tawas guy ....
I have been taking my two vehicles to Zubek’s Oscoda for over 7 years for regular service and repairs.
Great service department with fair pricing and prompt repairs. They have a very friendly staff including the technicians.
I phoned Zubek in Tawas to let Mr. Zubek know about my dissatisfaction, he was not in.

I spoke to the “Used Car Manager/2IC” (that is what he told me anyway). During my explanation of the situation to him, he decided to put the phone down in my ear. I really do not care, I wish them the best of luck.
Today I spoke to Terry, the service manager, and informed him that I would be taking my business elsewhere. It appears as if he did not care. No apology.
