Terrible. Every time we go to this restaurant our order is not correct. We're either shorting us items, giving incorrect items, or consistently not having menu items in stock. Gets even better when they argue with you about their mistake. Really sucks when you live in a town with so few options, but this place is off of my list.
I bought a few meals for my family. Once I got home I realized my double quarter pounder with cheese meal was a single with cheese (though I paid for a double) I called, when I was informed that I needed to bring the sandwich back. ( I live 20 minutes away) the lady said I can put the sandwich up and bring it back at a later time. (So I would also be going hungry for their mistake) I decided to just eat the overpriced sandwich and might not be back.
Typical McDonald's but with this one sometime your meal is cold and other times it's hot. Sometimes your sandwich is on the bun sometimes it's half off the bun never know. It's the only McDonald's in our area so we know what to expect if we go there.
Awful waits. Any nice staff they have usually gets fired probably because they're good people we can't have that at this McDonald's. I have had my order come out wrong dozens of times. Even when they ask me to pull up and make me wait 30 minutes so they can get my order right they still get it wrong. Then when they do it get right it's always cold! Go to burger king then you don't have to wait 6 hours for wrong food.
Clean and friendly. Plus app is great saving a few dollars every time we go.
